Why this cohort exists

Rankings can hold steady while your visibility falls

A growing share of buying research now ends inside a generated answer rather than on a results page. The buyer reads what the engine composes and shortlists from the handful of brands it names. Everyone else is absent at the exact moment consideration happens, and it can carry on while every ranking report still looks healthy.

Fixing it is not a tactic you copy from a blog post. It takes a measured baseline, content built so it can be retrieved and cited, authority earned in the places engines really look, and the judgement to know which of those to do first. That is what these six sessions build.

What you will do

Six working sessions, on your own brand

You bring a real brand, yours or a client's. Every session ends with work completed rather than notes taken.

01

How AI engines choose sources

What changed with answer-first discovery, how retrieval and query fan-out work, and which SEO tactics still carry over.

02

Building entity authority & trust

How engines decide which sources to trust, entity optimization, and E-E-A-T signals in an AI-search context.

03

Content architecture for machines

Atomic answers, semantic hierarchy, synthesis-friendly formats, structured data, schema, and the role of llms.txt.

04

Measuring AI visibility

Build a baseline, track presence and citation patterns, monitor share of voice, and report progress without overclaiming.

05

Your strategy & workflow

Turn audit findings into a prioritized plan, and design an ongoing content and authority workflow.

06

Competitive positioning & capstone

Advanced positioning across answer engines, then present your strategy and have it pressure-tested by the room.

What you leave with

Tools expire. Frameworks and judgement compound.

AEO/GEO strategy playbook

The guided template you build your own strategy inside during the course.

AI visibility tracker

A ready sheet for monitoring presence and citations across three engines.

Content architecture checklist

Atomic answers, schema, structure, and an llms.txt starter template.

Entity & E-E-A-T worksheet

For diagnosing the trust gaps that keep brands out of answers.

Tested prompt set

Prompts for auditing brand presence across answer engines.

Certificate & LinkedIn badge

Each carries a unique ID any client or employer can verify on our site.

You also keep permanent access to every session recording, so the twelve hours stay with you long after the cohort ends.

Questions

Before you decide

Do I need prior AEO or GEO knowledge?
No, and no coding either. Familiarity with basic SEO concepts helps but is not required. The cohort starts from first principles.
What do I work on during the sessions?
Your own brand, or a client's. You run the audit, restructure real content, and build your strategy on it. A sample brand is available if you would rather not use your own.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and delegates keep permanent access, so you can catch up and revisit anything later.
What exactly do I leave with?
A strategy playbook, an AI visibility tracker, a content architecture checklist, an entity worksheet, a tested prompt set, the recordings, and a certificate with a verifiable ID.
What will you not promise?
Guaranteed citations, first place in ChatGPT, or a return multiple. Nobody can deliver those. You leave with a measured baseline, content built to be cited, and the judgement to keep improving as the tools change.
